Our Kitchen
Welcome to the kitchen at Bonai Shalom!
Our kosher, dairy kitchen is a hub of activity that cultivates nourishment through delicious healthy food and vibrant community engagement. In Bonai’s kitchen we experience the “edible” Jewish calendar - a journey through the year with our senses - from weekly challah baking to rolling the dough for Hamentashen, from kashering our kitchen together for Pesach to cooking Hesed meals for loved ones in need. If food inspires you, consider Bonai’s kitchen your place to daven through service and generosity.
We do not use nuts in our kitchen or in preparation of any food served at Bonai Shalom. We cannot guarantee at any time that nuts are not present in our building. Whenever possible we offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options at all meals.
