On Chanukah, we celebrate a miracle: The amount of oil that normally was enough for only one day was enough to power the Menorah in the Beit HaMikdash for 8 whole days! What if we apply that same storyline to contemporary issues? Could the amount of oil we expect to use globally in 1 year in fact last for 8? Or 800? What kinds of miracles will it take to get there?
