In a world filled with constant change and unpredictability, anxiety is overwhelmingly present in our lives. Learning to tolerate uncertainty and have self-compassion are essential tools for coping with anxiety. Building on the model of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) presented by Dr Alisha Brosse, we will explore practical strategies for self-compassion, cultivating a kinder relationship with yourself, and tolerating uncertainty.
