PRANA - Our life force, our energy, the force that moves us and keeps us going. In some yogic translations, prana is our breath.  Our 90 minute class will focus on using our breath and specific yoga postures to invoke our parasympathetic nervous system (going inside ourselves, slowing down or yin energy), to bring calm to our nervous systems and calm a state of anxiety.
