After our Intro to Talmud Class (which you can find recorded on our website) we will resume our study of Tractate Sota. Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch. Beginners are welcome and this class is open to learners of all levels: you don’t need to be able to read Hebrew to take this class. Talmud is a philosophical, legal, and story-filled Rabbinic conversation that was created and compiled from the first to sixth centuries CE. It is the Oral Torah. It is a commentary on the Bible. It is radical and it is the blueprint of the Jewish mind and spirit.
