Only those who have pre-registered for childcare will be able to take advantage of this service so that we can ensure at least a 1 to 4 nanny to child ratio. We must have at least 4 children signed up per session. In the event that we do not have enough children registered, we will notify you and provide a refund. We will provide Kosher parve/dairy snacks and juice for kids in childcare (our nut-free policy will be observed). If a child has any dietary restrictions, please indicate them on this form. No outside food will be allowed other than bottles. Only parents, or those whom parents give written authorization on this form, have permission to drop off and pick up their child/ren from childcare. Visiting your children during childcare is discouraged because it can cause children, not even your own, with separation anxiety to become upset again. If you MUST check in on your children, we ask that you knock on the door, step away from the opening and allow the sitter to unobtrusively come out to you.
