We had over 175 people for a fun Family Megillah Reading and celebration.

Over 100 people Purim partied at a very festive and fun reading and masquerade at Shine with people from across the community in all kinds of colorful costumes!

Our incredible staff, remarkable president, Jeff, and a band of volunteers delivered Purim boxes to almost all of our members and we exceeded our fundraising goal for this project!

We donated 24 pounds of Mac ‘n’ Cheese boxes along with a $200 donation to Community Food Share, as well as a $180 donation to EFFA (Emergency Family Assistance Association).

We distributed over $200 in vouchers for Alfalfa’s and King Soopers to local hungry and homeless people.

We donated to poor Jews in Israel and Ukraine and to needy Palestinian families in the West Bank.

We dressed up and we partied and we reveled in community.

I am so grateful to Kit, Meghan, Dove, Karen and Jeff and so many others for helping to make Purim a magnificent success!

So, if Boulder was a walled city at the time of Joshua, today we would be celebrating Shushan Purim!
